Job Title: RRT Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics
Location: Dyersburg, TN
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1753.77 – 1841.46
Schedule: 06:00 – 18:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); CRTs will not be accepted. Must hold a valid Tennessee Respiratory Therapist license at the time of submission. BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required. Minimum 5 years of Respiratory Therapy experience required. Travel experience preferred. Epic experience within the last 18 months is required and must be clearly detailed on the submission profile. If the traveler does not pass the Epic test-out on site, 10 additional unbillable orientation hours will be added to the contract.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive respiratory care in a busy Respiratory Therapy department
- Care for patients across the lifespan, from neonates through geriatrics
- Perform intubations across the neonatal through geriatric patient population
- Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) procedures, including arterial puncture and analysis
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide safe, effective patient care
