Job Title: CVICU | RN – Registered Nurse
Location: Parkersburg, WV
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 2385.52 – 2504.80

Contract Length: 13 weeks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care for cardiac ICU patients, including post-operative open heart patients and those on ventilators.
- Monitor and manage advanced equipment such as CRRT, temporary pacemakers, and hemodynamic monitoring devices.
- Titrate and set rates for various drips including vasopressors, sedatives, and cardiac drugs.
- Respond to alarms, read and interpret strips, and coordinate with hospital staff including RTs and charge nurses.
- Follow protocols for hypothermia, ventilator management, and cardiac care, ensuring patient safety and compliance with unit standards.
