Job Title: OR | RN – Registered Nurse
Location: Middletown, NY
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 2285.60 – 2399.88
Schedule: 10:30 – 23:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Active New York State Nursing License in good standing; previous Open Heart / Cardiothoracic experience; Education: Associate, Baccalaureate (preferred), Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Nursing from an Accredited School of Nursing; American Nurses Association endorsed Certifications or Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses Certification preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in the operating room.
- Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient management.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure sterile procedures and patient safety.
- Follow infection control protocols, including Covid vaccination requirements.
- Support patient comfort and safety throughout surgical procedures.
