Schedule: 19:00 – 07:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements: BLS
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care to patients in the transplant nephrology unit.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and document patient progress using Meditech documentation system.
- Adhere to hospital policies, including patient experience standards and unit-specific guidelines.
- Support off-unit dialysis procedures and patient admissions as part of virtual nursing support.
