Job Title: CVICU Registered Nurse
Location: Baltimore, MD
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 2519.28 – 2645.24
Schedule: 19:00 – 07:30 (D/N, Rotating)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: RN MD state license, BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIH; CCRN preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized care for adult and geriatric patients in the CVICU.
- Manage patients with critical cardiac conditions, including those with mechanical support devices.
- Perform bedside procedures such as central line insertions, chest tube insertions, and Swan/PA cath insertions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Adhere to hospital protocols during rotating day/night shifts and respond to on-call requirements as needed.
