Job Details:
Job Title: RN – Home Health
Location: Watkinsville, GA
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: Competitive, Negotiable, with Weekly Pay
Schedule: 08:00 – 17:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Travel or local
Requirements: 2 years of experience as a RN in Home Health setting; Valid RN license; Be willing to obtain Georgia licensure. HomeCare HomeBase EMR highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients in their residences.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Educate patients and families about health management and disease prevention.
