Job Title: MS/Tele Registered Nurse

Pay Range: 1792.20 – 1881.81
Schedule: 19:00 – 07:30
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Maryland or compact RN license required upon submission; 2 years of Med-Surg/Telemetry experience; Neurology experience; ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications; Basic EKG testing through Prophecy Relias; Maryland-approved trauma education; 8hrs annual stroke CEs; 4hrs annual trauma-related CEs; CVA/acute stroke care; pre/post-neurosurgery experience; experience with spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury; feeding-tube care; pre/post-hemodialysis care; renal-failure experience; surgical drain and wound care; oxygen administration; isolation/PPE experience.
Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care on a Neuro Med-Surg/Telemetry unit.
• Float within scope to other units such as Med-Surg and Telemetry as needed.
• Utilize Cerner charting system for documentation.
• Monitor neurological patients, including continuous bedside EEG.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive neurological care.
