Job Title: MS/Tele Float Registered Nurse
Location: Knoxville, TN
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1859.46 – 1952.43
Schedule: 18:45 – 07:15
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Must have Cerner EMR experience, active unencumbered TN (or multi-state) RN license, 2 years of experience in a comparable acuity hospital, BLS certification, and availability to float to multiple units as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in various hospital units including medical, surgery, trauma, oncology, nephrology, and others.
- Float between designated units based on staffing needs and patient care requirements.
- Adhere to shift schedule of 12-hour night shifts, including nights every other weekend.
- Follow hospital protocols and ensure compliance with safety and clinical standards.
- Utilize Cerner EMR systems for documentation and patient management.
