Job Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
Location: Fishersville, VA
Setting: Obstetrics
Pay Range: 2313.88 – 2429.57
Schedule: 19:00 – 07:00
Contract Length: 13 or 26 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: CERT REQ- ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, NRP Level 2 inpatient obstetrical clientelle
Responsibilities:
- Provide care for antepartum, postpartum, and obstetric patients, including mother-baby couplet care
- Assist with obstetric procedures such as versions, IOL, cervical ripening, IUFD care, and bereavement
- Support Level II NICU neonatal patients and clinical overflow in GYN/Medical units
- Respond to emergent situations with appropriate interventions, including cesarean sections and labor management
- Float to assist with general nursing duties outside of specialty areas as needed
