Job Details:
Job Title: Stepdown Neuro Registered Nurse
Location: Jackson, TN
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1936.24 – 2033.05
Schedule: 06:45 – 19:15 (3×12-hour shifts)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Active Tennessee or compact RN license; BLS; ACLS; NIHSS; Minimum 1 year of MS/Tele experience required; Epic experience within the last 18 months
Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care on the Neuro/Surgical Telemetry floor and float to other MS/Tele units or ICU as needed
• Maintain certification and licensure requirements
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols
• Assist with patient assessments and documentation as appropriate
