Job Details:
Job Title: Inpatient Hospice RN
Location: Washington, DC
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: 2595.23 – 2724.99
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: C1 year of Hospice experience. HomeCare Home Base EMR experience highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive inpatient hospice care to terminally ill patients in a home health setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Educate patients and families on hospice services and symptom management.
