Job Title: PACU Registered Nurse
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 2182.53 – 2291.66
Schedule: 11:00 – 23:30
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Trauma Certified – Must have TNCC, PALS, ACLS; 2+ years of experience in Critical Care or PACU; Level I Trauma experience and ICU background; Experience in SICU, MICU, and CTICU preferred; Experience with adult and pediatric patient mix; First-time travelers are welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to adult and pediatric patients in the PACU setting.
- Monitor patient recovery and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain documentation using Cerner, Aecis, or Surgi Net charting systems.
- Float to additional units such as Tabor GI or pain center if needed.
