Job Title: General | Physical Therapist

Pay Range: 2630.80 – 2762.34

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Current State License as a Physical Therapist; Proof of current CPR certification; Current driver’s license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance; 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting; Previous home care experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical assessments to identify patient needs and appropriateness of care.
- Develop, review, and update Plan of Care (POC) and progress notes, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members.
- Plan and provide treatment for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic disorders based on referrals and assessments.
- Instruct patients and families on transfer techniques and equipment use; provide education tailored to patient age, condition, and culture.
- Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed during patient care activities.
