Job Title: L&D | RN – Registered Nurse
Location: Austin, TX
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1647.91 – 1730.31
Schedule: 07:00 – 19:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: BLS, ACLS, NRP, 2+ nursing experience in L&D, SVE competency, C-Section circulation
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery unit, adhering to unit policies and safety standards.
- Monitor fetal and maternal health using EMR systems such as Meditech.
- Assist with procedures including SVD, cerclages, C-Sections, and TOLAC.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including alternating weekends, and maintain unit guidelines.
