Job Title: Registered Nurse – Home Care
Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 2356.60 – 2474.43
Schedule: 08:00 – 16:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: RN with 2+ years recent and relevant home care experience, OASIS and Epic experience required
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive home care nursing services to patients in the designated area.
- Conduct 25-30 visits per week, including start of care and revisits.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and progress using Epic and OASIS.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to meet patient needs and ensure quality care.
- Comply with all healthcare regulations and maintain high standards of patient safety.
