Job Title: CT Tech Radiology / Cardiology
Location: Charleston, SC
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 2350.07 – 2467.57
Schedule: 07:00 – 19:30
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Must be registered in both Radiography (ARRT) (R) & Computed Tomography (ARRT) (C); SCRQSA; BLS; ACLS- (will accept pending as long as traveler obtains within 2-3 weeks of hire). Exp highly preferred: Emergency, Trauma, Pediatrics, Orthopedic exams in both modalities, Siemens equipment, EPIC, PACS Radiation Badge (Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers)
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality imaging within X-ray and CT modalities in a hospital setting.
- Effectively explain procedures to patients and ensure patient competence.
- Produce images suitable for interpretation by licensed practitioners.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including radiation badge requirements.
- Float within scope to meet facility needs, including possible coverage of like units.
