Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to telemetry patients in a hospital setting.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes or emergencies appropriately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
