Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications and initiate intravenous therapies accurately.
- Conduct thorough health assessments to identify patient needs, developing individualized care plans.
- Perform daily patient rounds to assess physical and emotional status, implementing necessary nursing interventions.
- Respond to patient and family concerns, documenting issues and communicating resolutions.
- Serve as a shift leader and resource for other staff members.
