Job Details:
Job Title: RN – Home Health
Location: McKinney, TX
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: 2400-2600 weekly
Schedule: 8am-5pm M-F
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Travel or local
Requirements: Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of experience in the Home Health specialty, have a valid RN license and be willing to obtain Texas or Compact licensure
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a home health setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on health management and safety.
