Job Title: TRAVEL- RN Med Surg (610) /MC Weatherford / 6:30A-7P
Location: Weatherford, TX
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1787.04 – 1876.39
Schedule: 06:30 – 19:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: BLS; ACLS; MED/TELE – 2+ YEARS OF SPECIALTY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; 2+ YEARS OF HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; Active TX RN License; Compact RN License; Ability to perform general med surg procedures including IV initiation, NG, Foley, dressing change, and ADL
Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and document accurately in Meditech system
• Promote a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff
• Demonstrate competence in all areas of patient care including patient education and bedside reporting
