- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in Belmont, MA.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient care.
- Follow clinic protocols and EMR documentation standards.
