Job Title: Home Health | RN – Registered Nurse
Location: Rocky Mount, NC
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: $2,036.60 – $2,138.43
Schedule: Discuss with recruiter.
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements: Homecare Homebase Software Experience – Required
OASIS Experience – Required
Current state license as a Registered Nurse – Required
CHPN certification – Preferred
Proof of current CPR certification – Required
Current driver’s license – Required
Must have reliable transportation and insurance – Required
1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting – Required
2+ years Home health experience – Required
Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program – Required
Bachelors of Science in Nursing – Preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assess home health patients to identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate the Plan of Care to ensure quality and continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families on care, medications, and safety.
- Supervise and provide clinical directions to home health aides and staff.
- Conduct on-call services and communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
