Job Title: TRAVEL – RAPID RESPONSE – RN – ER CARE CTR (780) 6:45PM-7:15AM
Location: Asheville, NC
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 2663.96 – 2797.16
Schedule: 18:45 – 07:15
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: 2 years experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting, teamwork mentality, ability to coach and give feedback in real time. Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED. ACLS before starting date on hire, BLS before starting date on hire, PALS before starting date on hire, TNCC before starting date on hire, CPI before starting date on hire, NIHSS before starting date on hire, ENPC within 90 days of hire.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency nursing care in a Level 2 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center with high patient volume.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure rapid response to patient needs.
- Follow hospital protocols and procedures, including certifications compliance.
- Maintain documentation and communication standards using Cerner system.
- Adapt to floating within ED sections as needed to support department needs.
