Job Title: Backfill – Travel – RN – Tele (612) Trident Regional MC/ 7:00PM – 7:00AM
Location: North Charleston, SC
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1817.69 – 1908.57
Schedule: 19:00 – 07:00 (D/N, Rotating)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: BLS & ACLS required, NIH stroke scale certification required
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to telemetry patients, including post-cardiac procedures and critical care protocols
- Read telemetry strips proficiently and monitor six patients simultaneously
- Collaborate with physicians and ancillary departments to develop and execute plans of care
- Complete bedside shift reports and patient education using AIDET methodology
- Assist with discharge planning and patient education, adhering to unit-specific policies and guidelines
