Job Title: Travel LPN
Location: Rutland, VT
Setting: Long Term Care
Pay Range: 1533.89 – 1610.58
Schedule: 07:00 – 15:30
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Must no PCC and must have nursing home facility experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Follow care plans and document patient care accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure resident well-being.
- Assist with medication administration and routine assessments.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and procedures.
