Job Details:
Job Title: Hospice RN 
Location: King of Prussia, PA (Bucks/Montgomery/Northeast Philadelphia)
Setting: Hospice
Pay Range: Varies by assignment. Contact your recruiter for details.
Schedule: 08:00:00 – 17:00:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler or local
Requirements: 1 year of Hospice experience, HCHB EMR experience preferred
Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate end-of-life care to hospice patients in a home health setting.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on symptom management and comfort measures.
