Job Title: RN (Registered Nurse)
Location: Martinsburg, WV
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 2615.20 – 2745.96
Schedule: Varied start times, primarily day/evening. 7a-530, 7-3, 9-5, 11-7, 3-11, 11-11. No self-scheduling for travelers. Block scheduling may be allowed if it meets unit needs.
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: 2-3 Years of experience in the specialty; 2-3 previous travel assignments; Orthopedic experience; Experience passing arms in and out for Robotics; Must have EPIC; RN overnight with 2 techs; EMR Epic; Scrubbing required; Float to outpatient surgery; Must have experience with all specialties for evening/night shift; Self-scheduling not allowed; Shift options include 8’s, 10’s, & 12’s; Must have minimum experience in one service line to support/refresher roles.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in a hospital setting, supporting various specialties including orthopedics, neuro spine, trauma, vascular, pediatrics, and emergent cases.
- Assist with robotic surgeries and pass arms in and out for Robotics procedures.
- Circulate cases and support surgical teams across different shifts, including overnight.
- Participate in on-call rotations, including weeknights and weekends, with a 30-minute call response time.
- Adhere to dress code and unit-specific orientation protocols.
- Support outpatient surgery float staffing as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
