Location: Duluth, GA
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: $1,915.20 – $2,010.96
Schedule: Discuss with recruiter.
Contract Length: 13-weeks

Requirements:
- Homecare Homebase Software Experience – Required
- OASIS Experience – Required
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse – Required
- Proof of current CPR certification – Required
- Current driver’s license – Required
- Must have reliable transportation and insurance – Required
- 1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting – Required
- 2+ years Home health experience – Required
Responsibilities:
- Assess home health patients, identifying physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate the Care Plan to ensure quality and continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families on care, medications, and safety practices.
- Supervise and provide clinical directions to home health staff to ensure quality service.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient visits, treatments, and care plans.
