Job Details:
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Henrico, VA
Setting: Jail
Pay Range: $39-$42
Schedule: Per Diem – Days, Swing Shift, and Nights; Must be able to submit 4-6 shifts of availability (including weekends) by the first Friday of every month for the next month.
Contract Length: Long Term
Candidate Type: Local candidates only
Requirements: Minimum 12 months of LPN experience; Corrections experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to inmates in a correctional facility setting
- Monitor, report, and document patient status and care activities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient safety and health
- Comply with facility policies and security procedures
