Job Details:
Job Title: Home Health PTA
Location: Hapeville, GA
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: 1600-1700
Schedule: 08:00 – 17:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: 1 year of Home Health experience, HomeCare HomeBase EMR experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy assistance to patients in a home health setting.
- Support licensed therapists with implementing treatment plans.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility activities.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
