Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services at facilities in Towson and Sykesville, MD.
- Implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members.
- Follow clinical protocols and safety guidelines.
- Assist in patient assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
