Job Details:

Job Title: MS/Tele Registered Nurse

Location: Cleveland, OH

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: 2080.40 – 2184.42

Schedule: 19:00 – 07:30

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: Must have 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele. Must have PERM Ohio license or Compact state in hand. BLS & ACLS required, NIHSS willing to obtain prior to start. Must provide one recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments required with acceptable scores.

Responsibilities:

Provide patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting during night shifts.
Recognize and interpret ECG rhythms accurately.
Complete assessments and procedures following hospital protocols.
Document patient information thoroughly.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
