Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Record patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
- Document treatment sessions accurately in EMR system.
