Job Details:

Job Title: TRAVEL – RN – LABOR DELIVERY – COST CENTER 660 – 7:00AM – 7:00PM

Location: Dickson, TN

Setting: Pediatric Hospital

Pay Range: 2050.96 – 2153.51

Schedule: 07:00 – 19:00

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: Must have : Labor and delivery experience including the ability to labor and recover the mother as well as receive and transition the newborn including assessment. Experience with shoulder dystocia, PP hemorrhage, and other potential OB emergencies preferred. Advanced skills needed: Fetal monitoring education, experience with inductions (Pitocin, cervidil). Certifications Required: BLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring training

Responsibilities:

• Provide labor and delivery nursing care to patients in the unit, including assessments and interventions.

• Monitor fetal heart rates and respond to fetal distress or abnormalities.

• Assist with procedures such as C-sections, circumcisions, and intra-uterine monitoring.

• Support mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safety and quality care for all patients.
