Job Details:

Location: Westfield/NJ
Setting: Clinic/Outpatient

Schedule: 08:30 – 16:30
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans for patients in an outpatient setting.
Implement therapy techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disability.
Document patient progress and communicate with team members regarding care plans.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
