Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy assessments and develop treatment plans for patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Implement individualized therapy techniques to improve patient recovery outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and preventive strategies.
