Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients according to physician prescriptions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and family members on treatment procedures and home care.
