Job Details:
- Job Title: Hospice RN
- Location: Newark, DE
- Setting: Home Health
- Pay Range: 1862.48 – 1955.60
- Schedule: 8am-8pm
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly

Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate end-of-life care to hospice patients in their homes.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
