Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Saint Louis, MO
Setting: School
Pay Range: $31.75 – $63.04 hourly
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time options
Contract Length: 2026-2027 School Year
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly
Requirements: Valid Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification via the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required. 2 years of experience in the school setting preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Providing essential support and specialized care to students with behavioral needs (BCBA)
- Collaborating with school staff, therapists, and families to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conducting student assessments and progress monitoring to inform intervention strategies
- Maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines applicable to BCBA practice
- Supporting school-based speech therapy and educational goals as needed
