Job Details:

• Job Title: Health Service Worker: HSW – Psych – Multiple Shifts
• Location: Weston, WV
• Setting: Psych
• Pay Range: $791.06 – $830.61 weekly
• Schedule: 12-Hour Days/Nights, rotating schedule, including weekends
• Contract Length: 16 Weeks
• Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly

Responsibilities:

• Under direct supervision, provide basic patient care and assist patients in developing daily living skills.
• Respond promptly to patients’ calls for assistance.
• Maintain standards of patient care aligned with Joint Commission, CMS, and Department policies, including diet and physical activity.
• Apply approved techniques to prevent and safely manage aggressive behaviors.
• Monitor and document patient progress, escalating concerns as appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient wellness and rehabilitation.
