Job Title: LTAC MS Tele Registered Nurse
Location: Travelers Rest, SC
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1845.13 – 1937.39
Schedule: 19:00 – 07:30
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of EPIC experience. Required Certificates: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS and active SC license
Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in a long-term acute care hospital setting.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses, including use of Omnicell medication system.
• Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in EPIC and other health records.
• Adapt to floating assignments based on unit needs and schedule coverage.
