Job Title: Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST)
Location: Charleston, SC
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1439.36 – 1511.33
Schedule: 06:30 – 17:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: NBSTSA certification, BLS, radiation badge, 2 years of experience highly preferred, trauma level 1 trauma, open to first-timers, able to work 4x10s days with holiday rotation, willing to float within scope, and may be required to work weekends and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in surgical procedures within a busy level-one trauma center’s main OR
• Scrub and circulate during a variety of surgeries including orthopedic, neuro, ENT, robotics, transplant, trauma, GU/GYN cases
• Maintain sterile environment and ensure compliance with safety and radiation protocols
• Adapt to a dynamic, multidisciplinary surgical team with cutting-edge technology
• Support the facility’s operational needs, including potential on-call and holiday coverage
