Job Details:
Job Title: Physical Therapy
Location: Swampscott, MA
Setting: Outpatient
Pay Range: 2158.79 – 2266.73
Schedule: 08:00 – 16:30
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: Must have at least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings. HealthStream Modules will be required as a part of pre-placement requirements. Agencies will be reimbursed a 1-time payment with proof of completion certificates.
Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a patient-centered care environment.
• Support leadership in implementing supportive care models.
• Ensure documentation and treatment plans are accurate and timely in Raintree EMR.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity targets of 55-63 patients per week.
• Maintain flexible scheduling, including two evenings per week until 7:30 pm.
