Job Details:
Job Title: Step down Registered Nurse
Location: Morgantown, WV
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1808.94 – 1899.39
Schedule: 19:00 – 07:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: 1.5-2+ years of experience, 1 year of experience in MS/Tele and 2 years of experience in Stepdown; must be able to read strips, BCLS, ACLS, IV start, telemetry, RN License verification (NURSYs pulled within 2 days of sub date), Certifications included in submittal packet.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in the Stepdown/Immediate Care Unit.
Monitor telemetry and read strips accurately.
Administer IV therapies and medications.
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient safety and recovery.
Adapt to varying patient acuity levels, including progressive care and telemetry patients.
