Job Details:

• Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Schools
• Location: Stuart, Florida
• Setting: School
• Pay Range: 43.42 – 45.59/hour
• Schedule: 08:00:00 to 15:30:00
• Contract Length: 2026-2027 School Year
• Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly, Local candidates only – travel stipend not available, Traveler friendly – travel reimbursement available
• Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in the school setting
• Requirements: Valid Occupational Therapist license, Be willing to obtain Florida licensure, 1-2 years of experience as an OT

Responsibilities:

• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families to support student development.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and write individualized goals for IEPs.
• Provide direct therapy services tailored to students' needs across various classroom environments.
• Support students’ academic and functional success through specialized interventions.
• Document progress and ensure compliance with school and state regulations.
