Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and cognitive-communication disorders in patients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy techniques accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercises.
