Job Details:

The Registered Nurse (RN) - Private Duty will support a student's healthcare needs while working in a school setting for the 2026 - 2027 school year. The assignment pays $46.52 - $48.85 per hour and follows an 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM schedule. This opportunity is available to both local and traveler candidates.

Qualified nurses must hold a valid RN license and have at least 2 years of RN experience. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required, and candidates must be willing to obtain state licensure if applicable. The RN will provide safe, compassionate, and reliable nursing support throughout the school day.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized nursing care to students within the school setting in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications, tube feedings, tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy, and other prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support the student's educational participation and inclusion.
• Monitor student health needs and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and communicate effectively with educators and families.
