As a Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient, you will provide nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting while supporting their health and treatment needs. Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, monitoring conditions, assisting with procedures, documenting care, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Job Details:

As an RN - Outpatient, you will provide nursing care to patients in a Home Health setting while supporting their treatment and ongoing health needs. This 13-week contract offers $1,637.87 - $1,719.76 with a schedule from 19:00:00 to 07:00:00 and is open to local and traveler candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized care to patients across a variety of acute and subacute units.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and compassionate care.
