The Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice provides skilled nursing care focused on comfort, symptom management, and quality of life for hospice patients. The role includes conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering prescribed medications, supporting families, monitoring changes in condition, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with the hospice care team.

Job Details:

We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice to support patients through a Home Health contract opportunity. The position offers $2,007.20 to $2,107.56 per week and follows a daytime schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to support comfort and dignity for end-of-life patients.
