Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, monitoring health conditions, following care plans, providing treatments, and documenting patient care.

Job Details:

As an RN - Home Health, you will deliver quality nursing care to patients in a home health environment while supporting safe and effective patient outcomes. This 13-week opportunity pays $1,998.00 - $2,097.90 and follows a 07:00:00 to 15:00:00 schedule, with local and traveler candidates welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care in a home setting following physician orders.
• Conduct assessments and update OASIS and Homecare Homebase EMR systems.
• Monitor patient progress and collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.
• Document all care activities accurately and timely.
